Excellentia invited Hazard 360 Ltd to take part in a major project which encompassed the physical security review of twenty-one major distribution centres throughout the UK. Alan submitted a project plan grouping the distribution centres into geographical locations in order to maximum the best use of his time, whilst simultaneously reducing travelling times and accommodation costs.
